Meet Joel Safir
Trial Attorney and Founder
With over 25 years of legal experience on both the defense and plaintiff’s sides, Joel Safir brings a rare combination of strategy, empathy, and courtroom strength to every case.
After earning his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Michigan, Joel began his legal career representing clients in a wide range of personal injury cases. In 2014, he founded Safir Injury Lawyers to create something different, a firm grounded in excellence, compassion, and relentless advocacy.
Licensed in both Ohio and Michigan, Joel is proud to lead a firm where every client is treated like a person, not a file. His core philosophy?
